Natural Hair Ultimate Guide: My Wash & Go Regimen Using Eco Styler Gel - I WANT THAT WHOLE LOOK

Natural Hair Ultimate Guide: My Wash & Go Regimen Using Eco Styler Gel

Hello wonderful people!
As you all know, I have had natural hair for a few years now. "Natural" in my community, means, no relaxers, weaves etc. Having this kind of hair is actually much more work than people think. Yes it is liberating for me to have my hair in its most natural state, and feel like I am embracing that part of me that had been once addicted to relaxers, but my friends its not that easy. Which makes me wonder if I truly deserve to be called a "Naturalista." I don't believe I am truly a "Naturalista" because I still use products that alter the natural state of my hair...hmmm...something to ponder on, right!

To be honest with you I can not just wash my hair, as in go in the shower, dry it and go in the streets with it just like that. Noo...Ma'am! My hair requires a wash and go routine twice a week that involves Eco Styler gel and Coconut oil. Believe me I have also tried all the other endless fancy natural hair products out there but nothing really gave me the results I was looking for. However just with my Eco Styler gel and Coconut oil I am able to find a regimen that works for me.
After every wash, I use the gel to define my curls, and then I blow dry or air dry it depending on my time. After my hair dries I apply coconut oil because it softens the curls and moisturizes my hair. Voila!...Then I am good to go.

  3. I use coconut oil too !But in India we often oil our hair and keep it for a few hours before washing That way there's less drying of hair with shampooing

  9. You look so gorgsiua4. That's a very stunning wash and go... I have to say that I have only ever worn a wash and go out once... I also have 4c hair, but as soon as moisture/water touches my hair, my hair can go from 100 to 5 in terms of length. I've love to try the Eco Styler and Coconut Oil, but this gel is so hard to find in this past of the world... There's just nothing for us here... I love this read. Great post ♡

    1. Thank you! Where are you located? I don't know why I assumed you were in the UK or US when I read your blog, lol. Perhaps you could have someone ship you a big size from the side.
